What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

The type of Breathwork I facilitate is called Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) - also known as Infinity Breath or Circular Breathwork. It’s a rhythmic, continuous breathing technique that removes the natural pauses between the inhale and exhale. This uninterrupted flow of breath activates both the body and mind, creating a powerful state for deep emotional processing, self-awareness, and transformation.

CCB helps bring the nervous system into balance and creates the ideal brain state for healing, insight, and personal growth. It's also increasingly recognised for enhancing performance, creativity, and resilience.
